The idea is to open up our view, not to fixate on anything,
not to try to hold on to anything.

Doubt and Curiosity

Sat-19-August-2017 9:00 am -11:00 am

with Jane Armytage

Exploring the truth of our experience requires a particular kind of questioning attitude, a curiosity that embodies the openness of the heart to discover what is real and true in our lives and in our essential nature. In this webinar, we will explore what moves us into the joy of openness and what dampens the heart's love for what it knows to be true.

Vulnerability and Opening to Our Truest Nature

Sat-16-September-2017 9:00 am -11:00 am
Sydney NSW, Australia

Webinar: “Vulnerability: An Opening to Our Truest Nature” – with Jill Davey

Being vulnerable is something most of us defend against. We feel exposed to some kind of danger and a need to protect ourselves. As human beings we are truly vulnerable to certain dangers and, at times, protection is needed. Yet we have learned defend against these dangers --real or imagined-- even when they are not present. This closes us down to these perceived dangers by thickening our souls with a layer of protection. This thickening doesn’t go way. It remains whether we need protection or not. This thickening also creates a separation from what is most essential in us, our true nature.

This webinar will explore why we feel we need to defend and how, through allowing our vulnerability, we can open to more of who and what we truly are.

A Blessed Life

Sat-09-December-2017 9:00 am -11:00 am

Webinar: “A Blessed Life” with Laurie Wattell

Many of us use a practice of “counting our blessings” to bring appreciation into our life. Do you feel blessed? Do you freely express your life's blessings? Or is this something you keep for yourself? What if each moment of life is filled with inherent blessings?

We will use this webinar to inquire into our ideas as well as the deeper meaning of a blessed life.
